Summer school programmes are also available for English language state school teachers. The programme usually consists of:
- three large-scale webinars (total of 4.5 hours) focused on UK culture in English Language Teaching (literature, film, geographical locations, etc)
- one daily 60-min speaking club sessions with ELT teacher trainers on related topics (Monday – Friday of the selected week) in groups of 15-18
- moderated forum discussions on related topics as part of which you will be able to engage with your peers from other countries, exchange ideas and discuss ELT-focused issues
You will leave the summer school with new ideas about how you can support your students with the ideas and language forms that you yourself have been exploring.
